I do feel compelled to offer a correction: Velomacchi is in fact located in the St Johns neighborhood of Portland. Hood River is located in the Columbia Gorge, many miles East of where the Columbia and Willamette intersect at the Portland/Washington border. The map you posted is correct, just not the information provided with it.
