I recently purchased this reformer and I was wondering what those white dots were along the side of the carriage. Only for jump board positions? Also, on a traditional reformer, to change gears is much different than this. On this reformer, you merely move the bar, correct?

Hi, for room planning purposes, can you please estimate how many inches should be allowed for clearance around all 4 sides of the Allegro 2 reformer taking into consideration space needed for full range of motion when using the Allegro 2? Thank you very much.
