If I could go back in time , I would not buy this bike. Read lots of wonderful reviews about the bike before I bought it and they all sounded great but there is no review of someone using it multiple times a week for many months.
This is my 2 cents worth.
1. In my mind this bike is not suitable for anyone over 5′ 10″ . I am 6’3″ and the handlebars in the highest setting are extremely low. Look at all the pictures of the kickr bike. YOu will notice how low the front end is-
even with short riders. This is fine if you are young and a triathlete and want your hands 12″ below your saddle. I just think for a bike of this cost that it should accomodate someone like me that likes to have their handlebars close to the same height as their their saddle height, so I am not bent over so far for those long indoor rides.

2. After 6 months of well meaning support from Wahoo for various issues— Wattage issues, shifting issues etc I had to come to my own conclusion from my own research that basically Android and Wahoo do not tend to play well together. After removing the Wahoo App from my Android phone and investing in an expensive Apple phone- many of my long standing technical issues have gone a way.

3. I have other comments but I will finish on this one since it is kind of funny. No review that I have read talks about how sensitive the brakes are. The slighted touch and your wattage drops and takes many seconds for it to come back up. I am getting to my point. I like to use a towel draped over the hoods of my handlebars to catch sweat as I am riding. Just the weight of the towel depresses the brake lever enough that it significantly increases the resistance and thus my wattage drops. This happens even if my hands are not on the towel. The comment I got from Wahoo support is that no one uses a towel over their bike so it is not something they want to change.
My thought is that there should be a way to disengage the brakes for those of us who for some strange reason want to put a towel over our handlebars.

Wahoo only runs on Android or Apple. Sufferfest, my app of choice, only runs on Windows or Apple. I do not have any apple device, so I am screwed. I should have investigated tat more. As of today, no way to know if the bike works or not.
